Vineyards

The grapes grow in selected vineyards of high winemaking quality. The vineyards are located approximately at 700 meters above sea level. The soils are franc-sandy. The vines are tended in trellis systems with traditional dripping irrigation.

Vinification Process

Matter, and thus extract the greatest amount of tannins and aromas. This process lasts, approximately, 15 days with controlled temperatures that oscillate around 28 °C. Natural malolactic fermentation. Subtle wood contact, preserving the varietal typicity. Manual harvest. Fermenting and post-fermenting maceration. During this last process, we make daily pump-overs to maintain the contact of the solid and liquid.

Tasting Notes

Vibrant intense red with violet tones. In the nose, the varietal fresh aromas of red fruit intertwined with slight herbal notes, stand out. The palate is very silky, broad in its expression with sweet and soft tannins. A true expression of the noble variety highly pleasant and easy to drink.

Service temperature: 16º C to 18 ºC
