Vineyards
Planted in 1990 in tall espaliers, watered through furrows with undergroundwater. These are medium-deep soils in an area with a wide temperature range betweenday and night. The land is 880 m above sea level. These vineyards are characterisedby excellent sunlight typical of this wine region.
Vinification Process
The grapes are harvested when they have the perfect balance between sugar and acidity. The must is sent directly to stainless steel tanks-Charmat tank- to carry out its fermentation with selected yeasts. This fermentation takes about 25 days.

COLOR: it’s pale yellow with greenish and steely hues.
SMELL: fresh and fruity.
MOUTH: balanced and elegant.
